Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to wherever you want as long as it's on planet earth.

In more boring terms, we ship internationally.

Can you deliver to a PO box address?

Because of the good's nature we require a signature upon delivery, which unfortunately makes delivery to a PO Box address impossible.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

All taxes and duties are included in the final price for EU deliveries, so no surprises at arrival.

If you're based elsewhere you might be charged taxes and duties upon delivery.

Can you help me create my own piece?

For sure! Let’s make something stunning, together. We love it when brilliant minds come together to create beautiful designs.

You can fill out our create your own jewel form or schedule a virtual appointment with one of our experts.

Our jewellery is designed to last a lifetime; but for peace of mind, it comes with a lifetime warranty.

When will my order arrive?

All of Parnussée's jewelry is made to order. It takes us 7 to 10 working days to make your jewelry - longer if it’s a bespoke or customized piece. Can’t wait that long? Contact us and we’ll do our best to speed up the process.

Once your piece left our hands, it should be in yours within 1 - 14 business days (depending on where in the world you want your piece delierd).

Where's my parcel?

We use either DHL, UPS or FedEx for all our orders. You can track your order anytime with the tacking link we've provided.

If it says your order has been delivered but it’s not with you, please contact us and we’ll get on the case.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Have a change of heart? We’ve got you covered. Simply fill out our after sales customer service from. and we'll get your inquiry sorted right away.

In other words... if you're really, really sure, we'll be happy to cancel your order or make changes. We're cool like that.
